WHO WE ARE:
An independent executive search and contingency-fee recruiting firm
established in 1968, working nationally & internationally. We are
an active affiliated
member of the premier global networking group, NPA, a 400 member (1800+
consultants) association with offices all over the US and Canada as well
as
international partner offices in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China,
Hong Kong,
Singapore, S. Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, the U.K., South Africa and Eastern
Europe.
WHAT WE DO:
Recruit / source and maintain a candidate database for professional &
management level candidates for the oil/gas, pipeline, chemical, refining,
engineering & construction, oil & process related equipment manufacturing
and
consulting industries. A division of ours also handles hard to find non-degree
types in
the above industries, particularly overseas.
WHO DO WE WORK FOR:
Typical clients - Saudi Aramco (exclusive contract; since 1969), Bechtel,
Houston (exclusive contract; since 1979), etc. A list of present and prior
clients who have hired from us is attached.

OUR CLIENTS:
• Candidate selection - this takes know-how and experience. I have
a magna
cum laude BS in Mechanical Engineering & an MBA from the University
of Texas,
Austin (was president of Tau Beta Pi and an officer in Pi Tau Sigma and
ASME),
worked in industry for TI and Mobil Oil. Member of ASME, AIChE, SPE, ISA,
and
NACE. I was NPA’s top recruiter in 1993 and in the top 10 in 94,
95, 96,‘97
and 01.
• Honesty - both with our candidates and with our clients.
• We handle the details - we will set up the interview of people
you want to
see, make the arrangements, can handle travel arrangements, check references,
handle offer/acceptance/negotiations, define COL differences, etc. We
establish trust both with the candidate and the client to be effective
in
negotiations.

FEES:
• Search fees are usually the norm but modified to your specific
opening
including an initial retainer fee.
• Our fees for contingency placement are flexible and will normally

with your company policy; for permanent hire we usually seek 25% of starting
