Organization and Job Design Specialist
Seeking an experienced Organization and Job Design Specialist to join our Organization Consulting Department. As a recognized Organization and Job Design Specialist, you will provide expert advice and consulting services in the area of organization and job design, general improvement of organization structures, jobs and job ladders to ensure the efficient management of Company activities. The main projects undertaken will be those with major corporate implications that are typically complex in nature that may require Corporate/Executive Management attention and follow-up. Because of the nature of assignments and the incumbent's general level of ability, work is conducted under the broad guidelines with a high degree of functional independence.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Description
This position leads the maintenance execution and local Level 1 reliability functions at the facility as well as any other local satelite department operations. Primary responsibilities include establishing strategic focus, driving goals and objectives, and managing resources and projects to maximize the effectiveness and consistency of our maintenance practices and overall facility operations. Participates as a member of the local management team working closely in alignment with Operations and Technical. Directs all planning, scheduling, maintenance, and reliabiility activities to ensure that medium-term and short-term ojbectives are achieved.
Indiviodual must manage and embrace the value of the Maintenance Workflow Process (MWP) . This responsibility includes reviewing performance metrics for trends, developing action plans to realize improvements, and performing MWP management system assessments. Is also responsible for driving CMMS effectiveness and optimization as it is related to both MWP and equipment performance tracking.
Ensures all department Action Plans for improvements in HES, Equipment Reliability, MWP, and Mechanical Integrity are developed and implemented by leading as a role model, setting the appropriate expectations, and following through on completion and confirming results. Individual must also aggressively and effectively manage the development of skills, knowledge, and competencies within the maintenance organization.
Responsible for managing contractor usage and ensuring their safety programs are in compliance with company expectations.
