- POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- • Develop new and maintain existing corrosion and integrity related procedures, processes, standards and best practices.
- • Provide technical assistance to both field personnel and corporate personnel such as Corrosion Supervisors, Techs, Integrity Personnel, Regional Managers, etc.
- • Manage Cathodic Protection Data Management Database.
- • Assess regional corrosion control programs.
- • Evaluate and introduce new corrosion technology advances.
- • Represent the company at trade association meetings or on technical committees.

- POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- • BS Engineering or related tech discipline or equivalent. (Applicable industry exp. may be considered as equivalent)
- • 5 to 7 years minimum pipeline industry related experience (or more w/o BS Engr).
- • Strongly prefer industry certifications such as NACE, working knowledge of regs. such as 49 CFR Part 192.

Position Description
• CLIENT seeks experienced Inspection Engineers to work with the Ras Tanura Refinery Engineering Department at its Refinery Facility based at Ras Tanura on the eastern cost of Saudi Arabia or to work with Juaymah NGL Fractionation Department on the western cost of Saudi Arabia.
• The Refinery Inspection Engineer must be qualified to the requirements of the National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspection Codes or holds current certifications in both API 510 and 570.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with five years of professional experience, preferably in the oil or similar process industry. OR : 13/20 years of field experience in the oil or gas industry. Holds relevant API certifications from API 510, 570, 653, AWS certification and Radiography Film Interpretation (RFI) level II certification.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Performs applicable duties required of an Sr. Inspector Engineering within the assigned inspection discipline and certification limitations.
• Trains personnel to develop technical ability and understanding of applicable codes, standards, inspection methods in various disciplines and NDT methods.
• Trains personnel in the proper use of new or existing inspection equipment tools, techniques, methods and standards and acts as mentor.
• Performs inspections of an advanced, more complex nature in addition to providing day-to-day work direction, as required, for the inspection of new, existing, or vendors facilities assuring that materials are correct for the intended service and work performed conforms to engineering specifications and/or CLIENT standards.
Reviews:
• Design Drawings and engineering specifications assuring that all applicable CLIENT standards have been applied.
• Waiver requests to assure they accurately represent the conditions described.
• New and proposed standards for outdated, conflicting, ambiguous, or incorrect information.
• QA/QC programs for compliance. - Writes and/or reviews inspection reports, pre & post T&I reports, worksheets, non-compliance reports and verifies logbook entries of on-site inspection findings, ensures all hard copy and electronic databases are initiated and maintained.
• Performs quality assurance assessments at vendor plants, as directed.
• Continues; personal professional development by attending courses, seminars etc.
• Reviews and monitors quality control programs developed by construction contractors.
• Performs other miscellaneous related duties as requested by the applicable Supervisor.

CLIENT’s Refining, Marketing & International (RM&I) business line is responsible for the Company’s downstream operations: refining, distribution and marketing. RM&I oversees the operations of the Company’s wholly owned refineries and NGL (natural gas liquids) fractionation plants. The business line is also responsible for the Company’s large integrated distribution system that encompasses pipelines, bulk plants and marine terminals. CLIENT’s wholly-owned shipping subsidiary, Vela International Marine Limited, operates one of the world’s largest fleets of supertankers. RM&I coordinates the Company’s crude oil and refined products sales and marketing activities, in the Kingdom and in the Far East, Europe and the United States. • Instrumention: As the successful candidate you will be either degreed with at least 4 years relevant industrial experience, or an Instrument Technician with 10 years experience, maintaining process control systems in the oil and gas industry working with DCS (Yologawa, Honeywell TDC 3000/Foxboro/Delta V) and PLC (Triconex/Siemens/Allen Bradley/Bristol Babcock)
• Mechanical: As the successful candidate you will be either degreed with at least 4 years relevant industrial experience or a mechanical maintenance technician with at least 10 years experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industries maintaining rotating equipment.
• Electrical: As a successful candidate you will be either degreed with at least 4 years relevant industrial experience or an Electrical Technician in Oil and Gas Petrochemical Plants, with at least 10 years hands-on skills in maintenance and installation of electrical equipment and distribution systems. Medium high voltage experience required.
English Language Teachers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree in English language with recent and internationally recognized TESOL or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English (native-like proficiency)
• Four years teaching experience in English programs for international students
