Regional Sales Manager – Chemicals

• Experience in glycols (MEG, TEG, and DEG). Most experience should be in this area. Also experience in methanol and benzene. Volume handled would be approximately 800,000 metric tons.
• Will supervise 2 sales managers one handling Oxygenates & Aromatics, the other handling Glycol (MEG, TEG, and DEG).
• Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish) .
• Travel – two times per year to Corp HQ and four times a year (once each quarter) to U.S. customers. During the first year the travel requirements may be more.
• Salary: $118K to $145K based on experience.
Sr Refinery Sales Administrator

- Position Description
- The incumbent covers the Refinery related Sales Administration activities whose contribution is to provide specialist input and support to the Team which is responsible for optimisation of Refinery processing rate/cut point decisions. He/she will need a good grasp of refining economics and scheduling, pricing principles for the condensate and finished products (naphtha/kero/gasoil) and understanding of the existing condensate SPAs. He/she will need to foster good communications between Sales Administration, Business Scheduling and the Laffan Refinery operations team. A key job requirement is team work and completing job tasks within a functional organization. Another distinct aspect of the incumbent will be economic performance monitoring, whereby the processing rate decisions will be analysed to establish the efficacy of the processing rate decisions and strive for continuous improvement thereto. The economic model will be maintained and enhanced by the incumbent. The incumbent will also provide support as required to the other non-LNG areas, e.g. development and implementation of inter-venture agreements as relate to both the Refinery and the LNG Ventures.
- Minimum Requirements
- The incumbent will be expected to exhibit a depth of technical, legal and commercial expertise sufficient to provide an internal point of reference on LR issues. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as is the ability to provide effective leadership, communicate effectively and transfer expertise to others. A high degree of numeracy is also required with good analytical skills. Experience implementing and developing hydrocarbon supply contracts is highly desirable. A degree in Business, Law or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of refinery economics and scheduling experience with about 10 years of overall oil industry experience is required. Knowledge and experience in refinery feed stocks, products pricing is critical and contracts knowledge is a plus.

- We are seeking a Data Center Services Supervisor to manage the Services Data Center Services Infrastructure Group. The Supervisor will report to the Manager of IT Data Center Services. The Data Center Services Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day supervision of CLIENT Oil employees and dedicated supplier personnel that ensure operational reliability for the required IT Data Center services.

Process Safety Consultant - Americas, Houston, TX The Process Safety Consultant, based in our Houston (US) office, provides key information to CONSULTING CLIENT consultants and clients on Process Safety Management (PSM), engineering, and management decisions. Relief System Design (RSD), both personal capabilities and managing other personnel/organizations in projects, is the highest priority need for the current available position. An understanding of how PSM relates and impacts engineering and management decisions through effective organizational structure and work processes is also required. The position requires an experienced individual with 10+ years in refinery operations experience with significant PSM background and capabilities. PSM capabilities may also include:- • Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) • Incident Investigation • Management of Change (MOC) • Risk Assessment An understanding of how PSM relates and impacts engineering and management decisions through effective organizational structure and work processes is required. The candidate will be expected to provide guidance to CONSULTING CLIENT consultants, subcontractors, and clients on process safety matters as they relate to facilities operations, design, improvement opportunities, work processes, and organizational structure. • The candidate will be required to travel 25-50% of the time. The ability to assess and guide facilities in addressing OSHA PSM requirements is essential.
