Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing all catalyst sales opportunities within the petroleum refining and petrochemicals industries through direct customer contacts in a designated geographic region. Position Requirements

POSITION OVERVIEW: This position serves as the Originator and Negotiator
in the acquisition or sales of LNG. This position incumbent identifies
large, complex and long-term transactions and is expected to simultaneously
lead various such transactions. This position is responsible for supporting
the acquiring or marketing of supply to monetize existing, and developing
asset positions worldwide, and extracting additional value from transactions
through optionality. This position focuses on expanding the company’s
domestic and/or international presence by creating and developing LNG
opportunities. The Director initiates and successfully closes new business
ventures in LNG that may require appropriate interaction with host governments,
local political leaders, partners, suppliers and customers to achieve
project commercialization. The Director is involved in conceptualizing,
identifying, strategizing, executing, and bringing on stream LNG supplies,
including upstream of the liquefaction process, performing feasibility
and risk analyses, overseeing financial structuring and leading contract
negotiations for supply and sales opportunities. Deal focus is generally
long term. KNOWLEDGE: Director must have working knowledge of re-gasification
terminalling, liquefaction terminalling, natural gas lifting, processing,

reports directly to the Vice President of Commercial Development and is
responsible for supporting, acquiring or marketing of supply to monetize
existing, and developing asset positions, and extracting additional value
from transactions through optionality. This position focuses on expanding
the company’s presence by supporting the creation and development
of LNG opportunities Position works closely with VPs and SVPs to help
support their origination efforts, screen opportunities, and support the
commercial execution. KNOWLEDGE:
Individual will have an understanding of the general facets of the energy
markets and specifically of LNG markets. The Manager performs feasibility
and risk analyses (creating and running models as needed) in support of
the senior deal makers (VP and SrVPs). Individual must have working knowledge
of the LNG business including re-gasification terminalling, liquefaction
terminalling, natural gas lifting, processing, option valuation, capital
structures, project economics, shipping, economic and energy commodity
pricing dynamics internationally, supplier alternatives, Geo-political
issues, infrastructure development, and project management. This individual
should have a good understanding of market fundamentals and correlations
of other energy commodities. This individual should also have knowledge
of other potential gas conversion and commercialization uses. Demonstrate
the ability to understand financial, legal and technical aspects of commercial
deals and maintain a balance between project advocacy and risk and make
clear recommendations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: •
Cultivates excellent business relationships with business leadership,
commercial partners, senior management, traders and support personnel.
• Performs LNG and related project studies including deal structuring,
and value and risk analyses (running current models and creating new models

6 - 8 years experience in structuring and execution of complex financial

reports directly to the Vice President of Commercial Development and is
responsible for the overall development, business strategy and management
of the LNG Pricing Fundamentals team.
KNOWLEDGE: Understands all facets of natural gas lifting, LNG (or other
cryogenic hydrocarbon liquids) transportation, storage and regasification.
In-depth working knowledge of option valuation, capital structures, project
economics, shipping, economic and energy commodity pricing dynamics internationally,
supplier alternatives, geo-political issues, infrastructure development,
project management, government relations and joint venture negotiations;
functions as the formal lead on major projects. This individual should
also have knowledge of other potential gas conversion and commercialization
uses. Demonstrate the ability to understand financial, legal and technical

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist management to optimize the Company's
interests in its oil Refining & Marketing (R&M) Joint Ventures
via the analysis of their activities. Will: Review the business plans,
investment proposals and ongoing performance of existing R&M JV's
from a commercial perspective. Formulate proposals for the modifications
of existing commercial relationships. Develop proposals for the establishment
of new R&M JV's. Facilitate the growth of mutually beneficial transactions
among Group Companies. Education: BS Eco., Chemistry, ChE, MBA preferred.
