TRAINING & ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT ANALYSTS MANAGEMENT & PROFESSIONAL
TRAINERS (9 ) - Overseas Giant Major Oil Corp. with 55,000 employees
seeks Division Management & Professional Trainers to implement
the Corps’ sophisticated OD programs. US Citizens
(or Green Card holders only). One year single status renewable contracts,
tax free, allowances paid for accomodations, food, medical, transportation
and airfare for R & R trips to Europe, etc.BASIC FUNCTION:
Designs & Conducts Management Training Core & Skill
courses of the Division. Under the supervision of the Group Leader or
work director, assists in other Divisional activities either directly
or indirectly related to Management Training.
SCOPE: Under the direction of his work director, conducts classroom
training & assists in field training activities including OD programs.
The topics cover the usual fields of management & supervisory
knowledge & skills required in the Company such as developing
learning objectives, preparing training manuals & materials as
well as conducting & evaluating courses. Operates, under close
supervision, in every geographic area of Company operations as required.
May recommend innovations in methods & equipment/materials used
by the Group. PRINCIPAL CONTACT: INTERNAL: Under the supervision
of his work director, interfaces with course and OD participants
& their supervisors from levels of management up to & including
Division & Department heads. EXTERNAL: Occasionally may interact
with Houston Subsidary & personnel, US Company vendor representatives,
outside consultants & employees of Company organizations. PRINCIPAL
DUTIES: A) Designs & conducts basic Management Training courses
after conducting organizational needs analysis. B) Designs & prepares
training manuals, instructional aids & case studies for basic
Management &Training Core and Skill courses. C) Assists in short-term
& long-term Organization Development programs, other interventions
& field training activites performing tasks such as needs assessment,
module development & program evaluation. D) Maintains contact
with supervisors of course participants to provide internal consulting
services & to guide the post course application of skills & principles
taught. E) Under the supervision of his Group Leader, assists outside
consultants. F) Keeps up-to-date on latest developments & trends
in the HRD area & recommends to his Group Leader appropriate
changes in the concepts, practices, methods & techniques employed
by the Division. G) Participates in the the Division’s operations
& activities in every Company location as well as other overseas
locations. Acts as senior member & mentor of instructional teams
of less experienced trainers in conducting courses. Assigns work to 1-2
paraprofessional/clerical staff members. H) Performs all other Management
& Professional training tasks as directed by the Group Leader
or Work Director.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A) Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences,
Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or a related field in the
area of Social Sciences. A Master’s degree is desirable. B) Six (6)
years of experience in a professional capacity including some supervisory
experience of which 3 years should be in applied HRD operations.
C) Excellent proficiency in spoken & written English. D)Excellent
human relations skills, especially in dealing with people at all levels
of client organizations. • These positions are one year renewable
contracts and include allowances of overseas opportunities (medical, food,

PROGRAM
DEVELOPMENT & EVALUATION ANALYST Saudi Degree in vocational /
academic education or related field or equiv. Must have excellent English
skills. Provides professional consultation and expertise in training program
development and evaluation. Need 6 years in training or vocational/academic
education including 3 yearsprofessional exp. in training program development
and evaluation. Need PC and MS Office for Windows.
INSPECTORS

per year.

INSTRUMENT SPECIALIST - BS or HS and 20 yrs.exp including 5+ in refinery
instrumentation and maintenance, with knowhow on PLC’s preferable
Fox I/A DCS, etc.
ROTATING EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST - BS or HS and 20 yrs. experience including
5+ years on refinery rotating machinery maintenance.
LOSS PREVENTION & FIRE PROTECTION ADVISOR - Need 15+ years in Safety,
Fire Protection and IH preferably in a refinery or petrochemical plant
including some supervisory responsibilities.
PROCESS ENGINEERING TRAINING CONSULTANTS - BS ChE and 10 years experience
including some formal training qualifications.
